by vidkkingg on May.27, 2010, under Q - Quality

You can fall in love with the commodores because they are warm and cuddly on screen, they sing great and they have catchy tunes like nightshift. we thought it was about time for another great oldie so today we present the commodores doing one of their slick hits from the past. this is the group since lionel ritchie left it to go on his own solo career but the commodores never missed a beat since ritchie left even though they had some pretty big hits when he was the lead vocalist for the group.. nightshift is a song that remembers great artists who have passed away like marvin gaye and jackie wilson. these guys look like they are having a lot of fun making this video

Sequence Has No Impact Without This Music

by vidkkingg on May.12, 2010, under Q - Quality

How much thought have you give to the music behind some of your favorite scenes in your favorit movies. Kenny loggins wrote a song called danger zone which was used as background audio in scenes from the film top gun starring tom cruise. If you watch this video and turn off your sound you will see how the footage loses all of its impact. It is almost as if the music makes the scenes so much more spectacular. the next time you see a movie that you really love, take note of the music that is pumping your enthusiasm. filmmakers know how much the right music can do for their film. whether its titanic with celine dion singer my heart will go on or even the famous instrumental from the godfather…it is a fact….music can make the movie great…however if the movie is a bomb …its a bomb and no song will make it great…but when you get a great film that cries out for just the right audio and you then find that music….youve got a blockbuster

Extremely Extravagant Single Family Homes

by vidkkingg on Mar.31, 2010, under Q - Quality

Well the owners of these homes definately believe in the sayings “if you’ve got it…flaunt it” and “living well is the best revenge”. Who really needs a 127 room castle to rattle around in? and thats not counting the 64 bathrooms. The maintainance and upkeep of these chateaus is more than many millionaires pay for their mansions which seem like outhouses compared to these castles. The dwellings featured in this video are from france…a country famous for beautiful and extravagaint chateaus. as you look at the photos of these places could you really picture yourself living in one of these monsters? Remember, you are not really rich until you can afford one of these. we think we could find much better things to spend this kind of money on….like our own country or planet

Flat Out Awesome Rock Performance Montage

by vidkkingg on Jan.16, 2010, under Q - Quality

If you like rock and roll performances and you love a great compilation or montange then you will probably enjoy this video that combines both of the above. we love music montages because they cause a rapid blast of feelings and mixed emotions as a barrage of memories surges forth and the memories and emotions cause a chain reaction of what can only be called “feeling memories”…well i guess they could also be called memory feelings or emotional flashbacks…oh hell, i guess they could be called all sorts of things but the point is that seeing short clips of many songs and groups seems to stir something up inside of you and since they are so short and come in such rapid succession it produces some sort of rapid barrage of feelings that you can only get from a good compilation or montage video of some great tunes. this one is pretty good and the songs and groups are shown in live performance situations which makes them have even greater impact then just flashing pictures behind the music. so if you can understan what we are saying here you can begin to experience “the montage high”

Here Is Every Beatles Song Ever

by vidkkingg on Dec.06, 2009, under Q - Quality

yes every beatles song in under ten minutes. every now and then we need to review all the songs that the beatles gave us just so we know how really great they were. but of course after the beatles came the solo careers of john, george, paul and ringo. there were a few good tunes after the beatles by individual beatles but the overall body of work by the original band still stands out as one of the great musical accomplishments of all time and their individual financial comeuppance (how many bucks they made) also stands out as one of the best paydays of all times…not to mention the groupies

Do You Still Miss Ol Blue Eyes

by vidkkingg on Aug.17, 2009, under Q - Quality

the world seems to be not quite as full as when frank sinatra was alive. we suddenly had an attack of missing him when we saw and heard this video. mr s made quite a splash in his life and adventures and without him around we can definately feel the loss. no one looked like sinatra, no one sang like sinatra and no lived liked sinatra. he developed an auro around himself that was recognized by all. they all paid their respects and rightly so. he was a mans man and the consummate performer. you knew you felt something special in his presence even if you didnt know why.
